In partnership with Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health, the Brain Injury Association of New York State (BIANYS) is excited to present the 2024 Brain Injury Symposium. The Symposium will be presented on Saturday, March 1 from 8 am to 4 pm in person at NYU Langone Health, Science Building Room SB 1 03, 550 First Avenue, NY, NY 10016, and live-streamed via Zoom.
Recordings will be provided after the event for registrants and professional credits are available.*
With focus on anoxic brain injury, professionals and specialists in brain injury medicine and rehabilitation are invited to learn about an interdisciplinary approach to this type of brain injury. This full-day event will provide sessions led by experts, with panel discussions, opportunities to network with peers, and gain access to relevant treatment information.
*The Brain Injury Association of New York State is recognized by the New York State Education Department of the Professions as an approved provider of continuing education for the following professions: Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy assistants and Licensed Psychologists. Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS) certificates and Certificates of Attendance are also available.
