Join us for a day of awareness and community building as we honor outstanding individuals and their contributions to the brain injury community! \nFor 2020\, we’re getting creative to bring you a fun way to safely enjoy March On virtually. DESCRIPTION:Click here to register\nThe Brain Injury Association of New York State’s Concussion Initiative Advisory Committee is excited to host “A Retrospect and Overview of Concussion” panel discussion\, moderated by Dr. Brian Rieger\, Concussion Initiative Co-chair and Chief Psychologist & Director at the Upstate Concussion Center at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse\, New York. \nPanelists include Dr. Steven Flanagan\, Chair of Rehabilitation Medicine\, NYU School of Medicine\, Rusk Rehabilitation; Christina LeBeau\, BIANYS Director of Advocacy and Engagement; Tina Sheehan\, whose daughter sustained a non-sports related concussion; and Jamie LaBarge\, Principal at Stafford Middle School in the Plattsburgh City School District. \nThis live panel will take place on September 16 and be re-released on September 18 in recognition of National Concussion Awareness Day. \nClick here to register
