Dedicated to improving awareness of brain injuries and recognizing that anyone can sustain a brain injury\, Brain Injury Awareness Month also focuses on being a person first. \nThe Brain Injury Association of New York State recognizes Brain Injury Awareness Month and the importance of giving a voice to the person and the brain injury.
