The Concussion Education Modules
The Concussion Education Modules provide free, online learning opportunities presented by renowned concussion expert and Medical Director of the University at Buffalo Concussion Management Clinic Dr. John Leddy.
Through the recorded, on-demand modules, Dr. Leddy will provide the latest evidence-based information and strategies for assessing and managing concussion patients. Participants will learn about:
- new guidelines for return to school and return to sport after injury;
- the definition and differential diagnosis of persisting post-concussion symptoms (PPCS);
- components of a concussion-relevant physical examination; and
- updated information on managing a concussion – “cocooning” is out.
