COPE Sessions
Presented in locations across the state, COPE sessions are open to anyone engaged with student athletes – parents, athletic trainers, school administrators, educators, nurses, coaches, youth sports organizations. Participants will learn valuable information on how to prevent concussions and to successfully reintegrate a concussed student into the classroom.
Continuing Education Credit is available for participants.**

**Continuing Education Credit is available for COPE presentations. BIANYS is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s Office of the Professions as a provider for continuing competencies in the following areas: Social Work (#0539), Physical Therapy/ PT Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologist & Audiologists, and Occupational Therapy/ OT assistants. CBIS continuing education credit and Certificates of Attendance are also available.
NYSATA (BOC AP# P315) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 1Category A hours/CEUs
