Organizations across the state are invited to participate to raise awareness and funds to support the Brain Injury Association of New York State
All monies raised go to support individuals and their families affected by brain injury
ALBANY, NY: January 6, 2016 – The Brain Injury Association of New York State (BIANYS) announced today plans for Brain Injury Awareness Month in March including the continuation of their Blue Jeans for Brain Injury Campaign to be held for the third year in a row.
Over the past two years, BIANYS has partnered with dozens of organizations across the state to generate funding to provide programs and services for individuals and their families affected by brain injuries.
“The Brain Injury Association is honored to once again work with many organizations across the state to raise awareness and funds for people affected by brain injuries,” said Eileen Reardon, Executive Director for BIANYS. “We are thrilled to continue this campaign and are hopeful that organizations across the state will be as enthusiastic as ever in supporting an organization that is vital to so many in New York.”
All contributions generated from the campaign will allow BIANYS to continue to provide advocacy; resources; information and supportive services.

Blue Jeans for Brain Injury is an annual campaign organized by the Brain Injury Association of New York State that runs during Brain Injury Awareness month in March. Organizations throughout the state are invited to join efforts to raise awareness of brain injury and organize individual fundraising events to support BIANYS. All proceeds benefit programs and services provided by BIANYS.
